Single Method: Surveys are mailed out to the target group. Surveys can be sent back to BRG Research Services for processing or we can have them sent to you directly.

| Mixed Method: This involves contacting the respondent by phone, conducting a screener and later mailing him/her an interview. We refer to this process as the phone/mail method. Once the survey is mailed, they can either be returned to BRG for tabulation or they can be sent directly to you. |
| Internet Method: The screening process is similar to the phone/mail method. However, respondents are asked to log on to the Internet and attend the interview online after being qualified over the phone. This can be done through our cutting-edge technology called Swift Interactive and through other web-based sites. |
