• Family: Voluntarily and happily married with several children and a wife
• Hometown: Adopted home town, Salt Lake City, UT (born in Caracas, Venezuela)
• Hobbies: Flying airplanes, golf, snowboarding, and entertaining family
• Bio: Luis Carter leads a staff of over 50 employees on a daily basis and forward planning. He is primarily responsible for all sales, which have averaged over 7 figures since he took over as President in early 2000. He interacts daily with clients and to this day, monitors daily progress and production results, asserting his experience were necessary to maintain the company on the leading edge of data collection and client relationship

Luis joined BRG in 1991 serving the company in various level entry positions while attending college. Throughout his history at the company, he became a young leader after working for 8 months, working as a telephone researcher. He single-handedly implemented the company’s first network system and CATI software. Over the past 2 decades, Luis has been at the forefront of the company’s growth. His passion today is to grow the company is sales volume, while incorporating the many new ways of collecting data on behalf of our clients.

• Hometown: Martinsburg, West Virginia …Residing in Provo, Utah
• Hobbies: Taking the family to see the east coast (OBX) and visits West Virginia. Loves coaching youth football.  Favorite teams are the Mountaineers and the Redskins.
• Bio: Eddie is the General Manager at BRG Research Services. As the GM, Eddie is responsible for the day-to-day operations of all aspects of BRG, working closely with Project Directors, HR, Accounting, and with the Phone Room Manager as well as the President.  Eddie is also responsible for fully directing projects assigned to him.

Eddie joined BRG in 1999 serving the company in various capacities. He started as a telephone researcher, and then quickly ascended to the role of a supervisor within just a few weeks of initial employment. He’s a self-starter, one who delegates well and understands his responsibilities. Eddie quickly was given the opportunity to be trained as a Project Director at the beginning of 2000, after a few months of being the Head Supervisor. Eddie was born in Great Lakes, IL, and moved around every few years as a military brat. He moved from Martinsburg, WV, and started working at BRG shortly thereafter. He met and married his now-wife, Emily, in 2002. They are still married 14 years later and just welcomed their fourth child at the end of January 2015. He is currently enrolled at Utah Valley University in the Woodbury School of Business getting his Bachelor’s degree in business and then moving on to get his MBA.

• Hometown: Las Vegas, NV, resident of Utah for 11 years.
• Hobbies: Fishing, camping, collecting sports player’s autographs, sports car enthusiast and watching sports.
• Bio: Aaron Lundy is our department head in the mail survey department, which volumes over 1k each day. As well as daily interaction with his clients he maintains close interaction with the call floor management to insure quality and production.

Aaron joined the BRG team in 2009 starting off as a part time telephone interviewer while perusing his degree for Bachelor of Science in Biology. Aaron had previous experience in various call center environments such as sales, customer service and tech support. Aaron’s production caught the eye of management and he was offered a managerial position. Shortly thereafter he was promoted as the Head Supervisor on the call floor. Recently, Aaron started to be cross trained as a Project Manager in 2014, the position he now currently holds.

Aaron was born in St. George, Utah but was raised in the Las Vegas/Henderson, NV area. He was involved in the Boy Scouts of America program growing up, hence his love for the outdoors, and achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. He graduated with distinguished honors from high school and shortly thereafter went on a 2 year religious mission to Sao Paulo, Brazil. Aaron attended Utah Valley University and completed his Bachelor of Science, Biology degree in 2011. He currently lives in Provo, Utah and enjoys the proximity to all of the outdoor recreational activities in the area.

• Bio: April Nunez is a project manager at BRG Research Services. On a daily basis, April is responsible for managing employees, keeping in contact with clients and making sure that client/company goals are addressed and met.

April joined BRG in 2006 and over the last decade has been promoted from entry level telephone researcher to supervising employees, handling quality control and project management. April was born and raised in Port Jeff. Sta., New York and moved to Utah to attend Brigham Young University where she received her degree in Education.

Human Resources

• Family: Married with six children.  Narrissa (1997), Saige (2001), twin boys Collin & Cache (2005), twins girls Mesa & Mariah (2009)
• Hometown: Heber City, Utah
• Bio: Cheramie is the Human Resources and Financial Manager at BRG Research Services.  Her Human Resource responsibilities include: maintaining employee benefits, compensation and employee relations, evaluating HR policies, programs and practices, and ensuring legal compliance.  Her financial responsibilities include: accounts payable/receivable, billing, payroll and taxes.

Cheramie joined the BRG team in 1999 starting as a telephone interviewer while she studied for her Bachelor’s Degree in Art & Visual Communication at UVU. After two weeks as an interviewer she was promoted to a supervisor and after working less than a year she was promoted to Human Resources Manager. Before she finished her degree with intentions of becoming a graphic designer, she was already serving the company as Human Resources Manager and had begun project management. Cheramie decided to continue her employment at BRG, rather than pursue her educational degree. She is currently serving as Human Resources Manager as well as Financial Manager.

Cheramie was born and raised in Heber City, Utah. She moved to Utah County after graduating high school. She met her husband while attending college and they continued to live in Utah County until 2009, when she decided to move back to Heber Valley to raise her family. Her hobbies include spending time outdoors, camping and hiking. She loves traveling and spending time with her family.
