Surveys are mailed out to the target group. Surveys can be sent back to BRG Research Services for processing, or we can have them sent to you directly.
This involves contacting the respondent by phone, conducting a screener, and then mailing him/her an interview. We refer to this process as the phone/mail method. Again, once the survey is mailed, they can either be returned to BRG for tabulation, or they can be sent directly to you.
The screening process is similar to the phone/mail method; however, respondents are asked to log on to the Internet and conduct the interview online after being qualified over the phone. This can be done through Swift Interactive our groundbreaking technology, and through other web-designated sites.
