For the month of February BRG Research Services and its phone rooms will be closed in observance of Presidents Day, Monday the 16th.
January was a very busy month at BRG. To meet the demands of our growing clientele, we have added 14 more CATI interviewing stations. This brings our total number of stations to 149. We still have both consumer and business hours available for this month, but they are going fast! Contact your BRG Account Manager to find out about scheduling and requesting a bid.
As part of our growth, BRG is also opening a new headquarters location for all executive staff. The location has not been selected yet, but it will be located in Utah County. We will announce the date of the ribbon cutting ceremony when it becomes available.
We are pleased to announce that Bryce Barnett has been named Operations Manager at BRG. Bryce has been with BRG for three years. He brings a combination of education and experience that will benefit you and his co-workers. As Operations Manager, Bryce will expand his previous role as Phone Room Manager/Project Director to include oversight of all Project Directors and daily operations. This is a new role and a large task but we are all confident that he is up to the challenge. Please join us in congratulating him!

BRG Research Services will be sponsoring the SWMRA conference in Las Vegas, March 3rd, 4th, & 5th. Some members of our senior staff will be attending the conference. For those of you who will also be present, we look forward to seeing you in Vegas!
We are currently evaluating web StatXP software and expanding our software in other directions as well. Our intent is to become more efficient in providing tabulation for clients who do not use us for data collection and only use us for data processing. We are looking into new possibilities and also examining Uncle and SPSS-MR. We continue to offer the following services:
